ECO OUTFIT: CABIN FEVER

December 21, 2015

Coming back to my hometown, Jackson Hole, has been more thrilling than I ever could have imagined. Not only am I again enjoying the spectacular views and wonderful ways in which we play outside, I came back to a new startup scene! There are so many talented people doing such amazing things. A friend of mine started a juice company calledThicker Than Water. Another friend is working on a book. And, I was introduced to Aion Headwear, a brand headquartered in Jackson designing mountain/ surf town headwear and clothing. Pulling from their new collection, I fell in love with this slouchy beanie and poncho! For an extra cozy feel, I layered a couple of scarves over my shoulder to add even more dimension. Many thanks again to Lindsay Linton for collaborating on this shoot with me! These pictures truly capture a Jackson Girl in her element!

ECO OUTFIT: SWEATER WEATHER

December 4, 2015

Hi. My name is Greta, and I am a boyfriend sweater stealer. Long have I loved the boyfriend layers that lend their oversized comfort! When pulling pieces from the not yet released Aion knitwear collection, I giddily selected some of the pieces from the Men's collection, including this wild west hoodie. Paired with some knee socks and a cup of hot coco, I'm set for an enjoyable apres ski session of journaling.

ECO OUTFIT: HOME ON THE RANGE

November 19, 2015

Even though I've lived in London, New York and LA, it always feels so good to come home to Jackson Hole, my hometown, and let my Wyoming Woman spirit roam.

Cities are fantastic places, but small towns don't get enough credit. The people in a small town are so genuine, and interconnected. They say what they mean, and mean what they say, and I value that. The energy, the ambition and the good intentions translate well in a small town. It's been so wonderful being back in this mountain town, connecting with new people and friends from my past. There is so much talent here.

So when I began pulling pieces from the new Chinti & Parker collections for an upcoming shoot, I decided I wanted to shoot in my 'backyard' and infuse some of my Wyoming roots into the looks. I reached out to photographer Lindsay Linton and found in her an amazing collaborator to help bring the vision to life. I hope you enjoy the posts over the next couple of weeks. They are a wonderful look into my life in Wyoming which reflect the fashion sense (and brands) I've brought back with me along side local brand Aion, and some draw-dropping scenery in this place that I call home.
